The great thing about the Mini Tech Patio Heater is that it uses surface combustion technology rather than the traditional burner/emitter assembly. In doing so it provides and amazingly hot and economical unit which creates infra red heat. The primary benefits to this are as follows: 1) Because the heater is infra red, it is completely unaffected by wind. 2) It is very environmentally friendly and efficient because there is absolutely no wasted gas or heat. 3) Consequently it is extremely safe and hot. The result is a slim line stylish heater, which produces a 3-4 metre heat circle of extreme heat. Features: Heat/Output Ratio: Because of the new infra red technology being used, the amount of heat transmitted compared to the actual energy (gas) used is amazing. The technology means that only a 2.7 kw output is required to produce a 3-4 metre heat circle. Consequently the gas consumption is only 185 grams per hour, which means that the approximate running time with a 13kg propane bottle is 100 hours. The unique universal clamp will fit any table with a parasol hole 30-60mm in diameter.
