This floor lamp, set in uplighter position, can fully light a room, produce atmospheric light or provide light for reading. The type of lighting can be infinitely adjusted via two buttons on the stem. When these are pressed, the stem allows itself to be easily adjusted. In the top position, the light floods over the upper edge and Jones becomes an uplighter. Set in the middle position, the shade creates coloured and diffused light. In bottom position Jones gives off its light sideways and downwards. Naturally, anything in-between is possible. Jones produces coloured light with the help of a coloured glass insert in the center of the shade. This is easily changed and is available in orange, yellow or blue glass. Jones can also be dimmed through integrated keying dimmer, operated by upper button on round tube. The shade consists of a glass fabric laminate and the lamp is equipped with an aluminium reflector. Working with the brilliance of methacrylate and delicate colour nuances, the architects manipulate fluorescent lamp light using blades of synthetic material.
